How does Urban Collect work?
Reward your purchases with Urban Collect. With the app you can collect Loyalty credits at all affiliated locations by shopping there. You can exchange the credits for rewards. In the app you can see which locations are connected and which rewards are offered per location.
What do I need to do if I want to make use of Urban Collect?
You can make use of Urban Collect by creating an account via the website or via the mobile app. You can create an account via www.urbancollect.nl/registreren. Immediately after registration you can start collecting credits at the affiliated locations. A requirement to create an account is a valid E-mail address.
Are there any costs associated with my Urban Collect account?
No. Creating an Urban Collect account and using the app is completely free of charge.
What is the minimum age for creating an Urban Collect account?
The minimum age required to create an Urban Collect account is 16 years old. If you are younger than 16, your account is not valid.
Is my account Collect Urban bound personally?
Yes, your Urban Collect account is personally bound and cannot be exchanged with another person.
How can I delete my Urban Collect account?
You can deleted your account by sending an email to [email protected]. Keep in mind that all your collected credits will expire after having your account deleted.
What are Loyalty credits?
Loyalty credits are points that you can collect at all affiliated locations. You can exchange the credits for rewards.
How can I collect Loyalty credits?
Collecting Loyalty credits is very easy. You collect Loyalty credits by making purchases at locations that are affiliated with Urban Collect. After a purchase, have your personal QR code scanned by the employee of the location. Your personal QR code can be found in the app. After scanning, the employee will add the credits to your account.
Who determines how many Loyalty credits I receive after a purchase?
The location always determines how many Loyalty credits are issued after each purchase. Many locations use the following guideline: 1 Euro = 1 Loyalty credit.
Where can I see how many Loyalty credits I have?
You collect Loyalty credits separately at the affiliated locations. If you want to see how many Loyalty credits you have already collected at a location, you can find this on the specific page of the location or in the overview "My Locations".
What can I do with Loyalty credits?
You can exchange Loyalty credits for rewards. The rewards are determined by the locations themselves. This could be, for example, free products or services or exclusive discounts on specific products or services.
Where can I exchange my Loyalty credits for rewards?
You can exchange the Loyalty credits that you have collected at a specific location at that location for a reward. It is not possible to exchange Loyalty Credits collected at location X for a reward at location Y.
When do my Loyalty credits expire?
Loyalty credits do not have an expiration date. Loyalty credits that have been collected at a specific location will only expire when this location chooses to no longer participate in Urban Collect. All your Loyalty credits will also expire after deleting your Urban Collect account.
Can I collect unlimited Loyalty credits at a location?
No, you cannot keep collecting Loyalty credits at a location indefinitely. The maximum number of points that can be collected at a location is determined by the Reward for which the most Loyalty credits are required.
What are Rewards?
Rewards are exclusive extras offered by Affiliate Locations to Urban Collect users. This could be, for example, free products or services or exclusive discounts on specific products or services.
What happens to my Loyalty credits after I exchange them for a reward?
If you exchange your Loyalty credits for a reward at an affiliate location, the number of points required for this will be deducted from your balance.
Who can see my profile picture?
Your profile picture can be seen in the app. This is only visible to you.
How can I change my details?
You can change your details by logging in to your account via the website or app. You can adjust your data under My Profile.
How can I change my E-mail address?
You can change your E-mail address by logging in to your account via the website or app. You can adjust your E-mail address under My Profile.
What happens to my personal data after I delete my Urban Collect account?
The data collected on the basis of your Urban Collect account will be deleted immediately after having your Urban Collect account deleted.
