Het concurrentieveld waar veel bedrijven zich in bevinden is moordend. Voor de meeste sectoren geldt dat er een overvloed is aan aanbod. Dit is een luxe voor de consument maar voor de aanbieder wordt het hierdoor moeilijk om zichzelf te onderscheiden van de rest. Hoe zorg ik ervoor dat de klant voor mij kiest? Het behouden van een bestaande klant is namelijk een stuk goedkoper dan het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten.
